The WEDDING INVITATION!!!

It's the event the world has been waiting for: You are hereby invited to the wedding of Isabella Marie Swan and Edward Anthony Masen Cullen.

MTV got their hands on the official "Breaking Dawn" wedding invitation that was used in the movie for Bella and Edward's nuptials. And if you caught the red-carpet pre-show during the "America's Best Dance Crew" finale, then you've already seen it with your own two eyes. Outlined in lavender and with the Cullen seal in wax embedded on the envelope, MTV has the exclusive invite to the wedding of the century.

"Together with their families, [Bella and Edward] request the honor of your presence at the celebration of their marriage," the invitation reads.

"I think that it's really interesting that they don't include the parents' names," Kallie Matthews of Twilight Series Theories said. "That's very traditional for most families to have father and the mother's name and actually the parents inviting the invitees to the wedding. In this case, it kind of makes me wonder if Charlie is really upset about the wedding happening, and the Cullens then decided not to put their names on the invite out of respect."

Also of note, the wedding date has been pushed forward from when it happened in the book — our deductive math skills reveal the wedding technically took place in 2006 — and is now occurring on Saturday, August 13, 2011, at 5:00 p.m.

"A lot of people had an idea of when the wedding would be, but now having this firm date, it's going to be huge," said Kara Hassell of Twilighters Anonymous. " 'Twilight' fans screaming, you'll hear them from your house, they'll be everywhere. It will be a big date, there will be lots of parties, especially because the movie doesn't come out until later this year, so people will be looking for something to celebrate."

If you feel like honoring that time frame with a visit to Forks, Washington, then you will be happy to know that the wedding is officially taking place at 420 Woodcroft Avenue. Unfortunately, based on a quick Google Maps search, that location doesn't actually exist, but maybe Summit Entertainment will work their magic to make it happen.

Definitely the coolest part of the invitation, though, is the official Cullen crest emblazoned on the wax seal on the envelope. Check your local Hot Topics to see if the Cullen crest becomes the next piece of "Twilight" merchandise that everyone starts sealing their letters with.

"The seal is really cool. I really love the color and the context on the seal," said Laura Byrne-Cristiano of Twilight Lexicon. "It's got the Cullen crest that we first saw with the first 'Twilight' movie and it's a really nice, rich color. It looks really cool. I like that a lot."

"The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn - Part 1" hits theaters November 18, 2011.

Elizabeth Reaser On The Breaking Dawn Wedding Scene. . .

There are plenty of scenes from Stephenie Meyer's "Breaking Dawn" that fans are looking forward to seeing translated to the big screen (and a few we might have to cover our eyes for). But the moment most can't wait to catch a glimpse of is the long-awaited wedding between Edward and Bella, shot earlier this year as the cast and crew wrapped up years of filming the entire "Twilight Saga."

Elizabeth Reaser (who plays vampire matriarch Esme Cullen) said it was an emotional moment on the set when Kristen Stewart walked down the aisle as Bella, anticipating her transition from her old life as a human to becoming a member of the vampire Cullen clan.

"Well, the wedding scene was like a real wedding, in that it was stressful. It took a lot of planning, a lot of organization. That was stuff we were all dealing with [and it was like] you were planning a real wedding," she told MTV News before screening and chatting about "The Art of Getting By" for MTV's Sneak Peek Week.

"And the nerves ... I mean, there was an added element of nervousness when we were shooting it, maybe because there were helicopters and people jumping out of trees with cameras, but it was definitely a heightened couple of days on set," she continued, alluding to the paparazzi who were stalking the set, hoping to capture the shoot before its official release. "It took several days to shoot, and at a certain point you don't want to be in a corset anymore."

In the end, it was worth the uncomfortable clothing and obnoxious press.

"But it was really magical, and vampires aren't supposed to cry, and that created a real obstacle for all of us vampires," Reaser said. "Seeing Kristen walk down with aisle with [her movie dad] Billy Burke. I mean, seeing Billy Burke killed me. I understood in that moment what it's like to be a parent and seeing Kristen and see her really be nervous and see Rob really, really be nervous, and the two of them [together with] the families coming together; it was an emotional day for real."

Breaking Dawn Logo in France!!

Examiner.com: What will the first 'The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn - Part 1' trailer contain?

Last week, the President of Riofilme, the group which aided production on The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn - Part 1in Brazil this winter, shared a fragment of insight about what the first trailer for the film - expected to debut at the 2011 MTV Movie Awards on June 5th - might contain.
According to him, fans can expect to see four moments which were shot on location in Brazil. The ones which we know were shot in Brazil include:
There were a few others inside the Casa em Paraty location as well, of course.
Most of the official The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn - Part 1 photos released so far seem to be derived from some of the above-listed scenes, as many of you agreed, so it certainly makes sense that the first trailer focus might be on those . . . but what else could it contain?
Of the non-honeymoon stills, all have been wedding-oriented (i.e., the first-look at the Denali Coven, both times at the wedding; Jacob and Aro both reacting to their invitation receipts; and Bella and Alice prepping her make-up and hair). So, it's certainly conceivable that some of the wedding will be involved in the trailer . . . but probably not too much. The level of reveal for this will likely match what we've seen with the stills. Some portions of the wedding (imaginably, the dress, Edward in his tux, the vows, Bella and Jacob's dance) will probably be reserved for later to serve as a surprise for the film itself. What portions would be unspoilery enough to show on-screen, I have no idea; but I'd be shocked if nothing of the event made it to the first trailer.
As for what else . . .
Well first of all, the split point between Breaking Dawn - Part 1 and Breaking Dawn - Part 2 is, per an old Wyck Godfrey(producer of the Twilight Saga) interview, as follows:
“The first part will cover the wedding, the honeymoon and the birth." The film ends just before she embarks on her supernatural transformation.
Since we've covered one and two already, now on to the birth. Obviously, to get to that point, bases A (the wedding) and B (the honeymoon) would have to be covered. That doesn't seem to be a problem. Even then, though, a lot of explanation is necessary to get to C (the birth of Renesmee). It might be a stretch to think that could happen in a film's first trailer. Not to mention, the nature of this moment may be rather graphic. So, I imagine that the subject of Bella's pregnancy might come into play for the first trailer, but it may not be as large a focus as the other two aspects of Part 1.
Lastly, Part 1 promises a look at Bella's transformation process. The trailer, however, probably won't get us there just yet. From what everyone is expecting (the consensus seems to believe there'll be a flash of her newborn eyes at the very end, cliff-hangering for Part 2), this will be a major lead-in for the second film but the vision of Bella as a new vampire won't be developed enough in Part 1 to warrant inclusion in the trailer for the film. In other words, Breaking Dawn - Part 1 is about the three things Wyck Godfrey mentioned above, andPart 2 is about Bella's new life. It would be misleading to infer otherwise.
Same reasoning for Renesmee. Bella doesn't see the baby until after she has come to from her transformation. There has been some information suggesting a flashforward sequence (like the telling prologues in the book series) might include her, however, but that really has no business being in the trailer.
So, to sum it up: I think we'll see a glimpse of the wedding - brief but exciting - as well as a glimpse at the honeymoon before we get a hint of the aftermath. We might see the reactions of the Cullens and the Volturi to some of the events as well. Maybe even the humans.
Can you think of anything else that might be in the trailer? I'm attaching the trailers for Twilight, New Moon, and Eclipse in the videos section to see if you notice a trend at all.
As explained before, the first trailer for Breaking Dawn - Part 1 is expected to debut at the June 5th MTV Movie Awards. That information comes from (1) the president of Riofilme and (2) history of the Twilight Saga's relationship with that show.

New Edward and Bella Still, plus an added article from yourmovies.com! (with HQ!)

(Click for the HQ image, via: @Twilight twitpic)

MovieFIX is proud to present this first-look image of Bella wearing her wedding ring in The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn Part 1.

It doesn't give much else away — but it's a clear indication we're in for a lot more smoulder and tortured romance when the movie debuts on November 17.

In Breaking Dawn, the newfound married bliss of Bella Swan (Kristen Stewart) and vampire Edward Cullen (Robert Pattinson) is cut short when a series of betrayals and misfortunes threatens to destroy their world.

After their wedding, Bella and Edward travel to Rio de Janeiro for their honeymoon, where they finally give in to their passions.

Bella soon discovers she is pregnant, and during a nearly fatal childbirth, Edward finally fulfills her wish to become immortal.

But the arrival of their remarkable daughter, Renesmee, sets in motion a perilous chain of events that pits the Cullens and their allies against the Volturi, the fearsome council of vampire leaders, setting the stage for an all-out battle.
